MyCeppi to offer customer satisfaction surveys

Plastics and chemicals industry consulting company MyCeppi Kft is adding customer satisfaction surveys to its growing list of services: as of March 1st, MyCeppi acquired the customer satisfaction survey know-how – developed specifically for the chemicals industry – of LC Innoconsult International.

The acquisition rounds out MyCeppi's plastics industry consulting and information services portfolio, whereby the company offers market reports, demand analysis, client scouting, and now customer satisfaction surveys, to manufacturers and investors who are interested in or already present on the Central and Eastern European plastics market.

MyCeppi is offering the surveys – based on a methodology uniquely developed for the industry – to both its Eastern and Western European clients, but the product may also be useful for non-European players who want to strengthen their presence on European markets.

With the acquisition, MyCeppi is also taking over from LC Innoconsult International the two-person expert team responsible for customer satisfaction surveys.
