Loadmatik: The intelligent system for plastics material conveying
Maximum efficiency and self-calibration in conveying systems are among the primary requirements of the modern plastics processing industry. These needs are now perfectly met by Loadmatik, the patented conveying system capable of automatically managing the plant’s system operations, always ensuring maximum performance.
It consists of three exclusive technologies.
The smart server One Wire 6 Plus monitors and manages conveying parameters, while the innovative receiver X-Loader provides active support for the automatic detection of load values, recognising and adjusting system parameters in real time using integrated “Sentry+” technology.
Last but not least, KruiseKontrol manages the speed of the granules, preventing angel hair and dust creation.

Thanks to the exclusive AI technology, which integrates machine learning models, the new system optimises every stage of the process increasing productivity and reducing energy costs. Once the source and destination are specified, the system independently calculates the parameters, regardless of the distance or quantity.
The resulting benefits are tangible:
- Maximisation of the operational efficiency.
- Elimination of contamination risks associated with angel hair and abrasion.
- Reduction in unscheduled maintenance and associated costs.
- Reduced energy consumption.
- Gentle material handling.
Thanks to Loadmatik, operators don’t need to interpret and manage the parameters of the conveying system manually. They can rely on its autonomous, self-learning capability to manage the entire system.
Delphy, the manual manifold with RFID control
One of the areas most at risk of errors and material contamination is the manual manifold, which is used to connect the material source (silos, daily bins, hoppers) to the destination (IMMs, extruders).
Modern production workflows require increasingly frequent material changes, exposing processors to growing risks and unplanned costs.
The solution is Delphy with an RFID recognition system, which enables real-time control of each connection. This ensures that the transport cycle does not start if the connection between the material and the machine is incorrect.
Each unit is equipped with a flashing colour LEDs, that assist the operator with configuration.
Thanks to Moretto’s “AR” quick connections, RFID technology can be retrofitted onto existing manual manifolds.

Expanded the X Comb dryers range: Performance and continuous innovation
X Comb dryer is a compact solution that guarantees high-quality dehumidification regardless of environmental conditions. The range has been recently expanded with the introduction of four new models – from X Comb 17 to X Comb 20 – designed for processing techno polymers at production rates of up to 60 kg/h.
The new models are fully electric and guarantee:
- A compact footprint of just 0,6 mq: the dryers can be placed next to the processing machine to optimise space on the production line.
- New functional and design innovation: modern styling and an intuitive touchscreen interface keep operators constantly informed of the process status, facilitating management and diagnostics.
- High-quality performance: thanks to Moretto's consolidated experience in drying processes. This ensures consistent performance, long-term reliability and high energy efficiency.
Combined with exclusive OTX (Original Thermal eXchanger) hopper, it provides a dehumidification treatment that protects the polymer while delivering high level performance. The OTX hopper is designed and manufactured entirely by Moretto and is protected by seven international patents.
