Injection and Tooling Engineering, s.r.o. specializes in the development of injection moulds, injection moulding processes and the resolution of technical issues in the production of plastic injection-moulded parts. The company supports customers as early as the plastic part design phase, as well as during injection tool development, process setting and the analysis of production issues.

The company’s goal is to connect part design, the tool, the injection moulding process and the plastic material used so that the final product is technically correct, stable in production and economically efficient. The company also focuses on the analysis and resolution of defects in plastic parts, injection moulds and production processes. Problems are assessed comprehensively, from the perspective of part design, mould construction, injection moulding process settings and the properties of the material used.

The services also include project management, tool development management and tooling follow-up. The company provides professional management and monitoring of injection tool development throughout the individual project phases, from the technical specification through tool development and manufacturing to sampling and production launch.

Injection and Tooling Engineering is also engaged in extracurricular professional education in the field of plastic injection moulding. The training courses focus mainly on injection moulding process development, product sampling, technical plastics, injection mould defects and defects in plastic injection-moulded parts. The education is intended for process engineers, project managers, quality specialists, designers, toolmakers and other professionals involved in the development and production of plastic injection-moulded parts.
