ISPE TECHNOLOGIES SE is an engineering company headquartered in Trnava, Slovakia. We supply series injection molds from China to European plastics processors – more than 600 molds for over 30 partners to date.

For many, “China” and “quality” still seem like a contradiction. In reality, some of today’s tool shops there work at the very highest level. What matters is whether you can select them against the right criteria and keep the project under control. When both are in place, the result is typically faster, less expensive, and of higher quality than with most European tool shops. That is exactly where our strength lies.

Where the difference lies
Everyone reviews the DFM and the mold design – customers and competitors alike. The difference is how many details are actually uncovered, and how quickly.

Thanks to our refined internal processes, we review the mold design down to the last detail: every dimension on the drawing checked against the 3D model, every single point of your injection mold specification, and the main mold dimensions against your injection molding machine. Each deviation is numbered and logged in the review report – in English, Chinese, and Slovak, so the supplier reads it in their own language. Issues are resolved quickly and without misunderstandings.

Your specification stays under control from the first DFM through mold approval.

Our own tool shop in Trnava
We fine-tune the mold for your specific injection molding machine. The parting line is checked and spotted on our spotting press (1,000 × 700 mm, 70 t, molds up to 4 t) – because proper material selection and precise spotting are what truly determine the service life of a mold.

Repairs and modifications are carried out by laser welding in combination with EDM, CNC milling of graphite electrodes, and measurement to an accuracy of 0.005 mm. Fast, precise, and without shipping the mold back to China. For minor damage, we come directly to your plant.

What you get
A quotation with dates for DFM, mold design, FOT (T1), and estimated mold shipment. Cavity and core inserts made of European steel with material and heat-treatment certificates. Correction loops and sampling included in the mold price. A warranty and a contract with a Slovak company under Slovak law. Payments tied to project milestones, not calendar dates.
