Priemyselné kryty a kapotáže , technológie RIM PDCPD
Termoset DCPD si vyžaduje uzatvorenú formu. Proces formovania je podobný vysokotlakovému vstrekovaniu, podstatný rozdiel je, že aplikované materiály sú zo skupiny termoset polymérov, ktoré si vyžadujú pečenie – čas na reakciu priamo vo forme.
DCPD umožňuje vyrábať pevné a zároveň pružné diely s nízkou hmotnosťou, ktoré sú predurčené pre lakovanie (A-čkový povrch). 2 zložkový mix vstrekovaný do foriem má veľmi nízku viskozitu ako termoplastické polyméry čo umožňuje vyrábať rozmerovo veľké diely pri zachovaní nízkej hmotnosti s tenkostennou konštrukciou.
Bežne sa touto technológiou vyrábajú elementy karosérií pre vozidlá všetkých druhov (nárazníky, spojlery a deflektory, blatníky, kapoty).
Diely sa ľahko opracovávajú, dajú sa používať kovové zálisky, rezať závity atď.  Medzi podstatné užívateľské výhody patrí odolnosť voči nárazu (diely nie sú krehké aj keď sú tvrdé) a vyznačujú sa vysokou pevnosťou.
