SZÚ invites you to the International Engineering Fair in Brno

The International Engineering Fair will take place on 6–9 October 2026 at the Brno Exhibition Centre. You will find Strojárenský skúšobný ústav within the Czech National Exhibition in Hall P.

At our stand, you will have the opportunity to discuss in person with SZÚ experts the issues you face in the development, manufacture and placing on the market of machinery.

Together, we can explore topics related to, for example:

  • machinery safety requirements,
  • testing and conformity assessment,
  • product certification,
  • technical documentation,
  • changes introduced by the new Regulation (EU) 2023/1230,
  • specific problems you encounter in your work.

If you have a specific question or want to be sure that we will be available to you at a particular time, we recommend scheduling a consultation in advance.

Free seminar on the new machinery legislation at the fair itself

SZÚ's programme at MSV will also include a free technical seminar dedicated to the new Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and of the Council on machinery. The seminar will take place at the fair itself, within the Czech National Exhibition, from 9.00 to 9.50.

The Regulation will replace the existing Directive 2006/42/ES and will apply in full from 20 January 2027. For machinery manufacturers, it is therefore high time to find out what is changing and how to prepare for the new requirements.
