Another SMARTPLAST seminar: Reducing the effects of residual stress - part design, mold construction, machine setup
Residual stresses are mechanical, residual stresses created by the action of internal forces in the injection molded part during the injection cycle. In this webinar we will show how to reduce the effects of residual stress in the form of deformation of the part after demolding.
První možností je úprava tvaru dílu, abychom zvýšili jeho tuhost proti působení vnitřních sil. Další možnost je úprava vstřikovacích parametrů tak, abychom snížili velikost vnitřních sil. Stejně tak můžeme snížit velikost vnitřních sil konstrukcí formy – návrhem vtokové a chladící soustavy. Další možnost, jak snížit deformaci, je lokální korekce tvaru dutiny formy opačnou deformací.

- Snížení účinků reziduálního napětí úpravou tvaru vstřikovaných dílů
- Základní zásady správného technologického designu
- Snížení účinků reziduálního napětí nastavením vstřikovacích parametrů
- Snížení účinků reziduálního napětí konstrukcí vstřikovací formy
- Umístění a počet vtokových ústí
- Regulace chladících okruhů – průtok, teplota
- Paralelní a sériové chlazení
- Korekce tvaru dutiny formy opačnou deformací
