MAPRO spol. s.r.o. is the exclusive representative for the sale and service of injection molding machines manufactured by the HAITIAN International Group – the world’s largest injection molding machine manufacturer. We are the distributor of Haitian and Zhafir injection molding machines in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES
We sell and service injection molding machines of the Haitian and Zhafir brands. Under these trade names, the machines are manufactured by Haitian International Holding Ltd.

All-electric injection molding machines:
Zhafir VENUS III 400 – 8000 kN, Zhafir ZERES III 400 – 13,800 kN

FEATURES:
  • All-electric tie-bar machines.
  • The most technologically advanced series.
  • SIGMATEK (Austria) control system.
  • Parallel movements.
  • Accuracy one order of magnitude higher than typical values for hydraulic machines.
  • High standard equipment.
  • Significant electrical energy savings in the range of 20 – 80%.
 
Hybrid injection molding machines:
ZHAFIR ZERES SERIES 400 – 5500 kN, electric machine with a hybrid solution for core functions

  • Accuracy one order of magnitude higher than typical values for hydraulic machines.

Hydraulic injection molding machines:
HAITIAN MARS SERIES 600 – 10,000 kN, toggle clamping

FEATURES:
  • KEBA control system.
  • Equipped with a fixed gear pump driven by a synchronous servo motor with speed controlled by a frequency inverter.
  • Significant electrical energy savings.
  • Extremely quiet operation of the hydraulic power unit.
 
HAITIAN JUPITER SERIES 4500 – 66,000 kN, two-platen clamping system

FEATURES:
  • Compact two-platen clamping unit with direct hydraulic movement.
  • Hydraulic power units feature a highly energy-efficient combination of a gear pump driven by a synchronous servo motor with speed control.
  • Small footprint.
The goal of our workstations is maximum efficiency and minimal operation time. An integral part of our workstations is the growing use of robots. By using robots, we replace monotonous manual tasks performed by operators, minimize errors, and increase production efficiency.

CONVEYORS
We manufacture MAPRO conveyors in several versions:
  • Conveyor width: 600 or 800 mm
  • Conveyor length: 2 or 3 m
  • Optional equipment:
  • Protective enclosure with an aluminium frame and plexiglass panels
  • Call button with an emergency stop switch
 
We address specific customer requirements in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and other sectors. More than fifteen years of experience in automation, combined with the latest technologies, enables us to deliver workstations exactly according to customer needs. We design our solutions to increase the performance of production equipment and reduce operating and maintenance costs.

SERVICES
Service: Our service department provides warranty and post-warranty service for all technologies supplied by our company. Our technicians have many years of experience repairing Demag Ergotech injection molding machines, as well as Wittman and Geiger robots.

Training: Our training center offers air-conditioned facilities in Olomouc and in Orovnica, Slovakia. They are equipped with high-quality teaching equipment and, for hands-on training, the latest plastic injection molding machines, related peripheral devices, and automation. The practical part of the courses therefore takes place under real-life conditions of plastic injection molding technology and robotic workstations.
