Docter Optics s.r.o. is part of the multinational Docter Optics group with operations on the global market. As a specialist in the development and serial production of precision optical components made of glass and plastic, it produces optical lenses, aspherical optics, complex optical systems and custom solutions for areas such as automotive lighting technology, sensors, medicine and biometrics. Thanks to advanced plastic injection and glass molding technologies, products are delivered from prototype to large-scale production, including specialized surface treatments.
Emphasis is placed on sustainability and circular use of materials, which is why the material generated during production is recycled into regrind. This clear, ground PMMA material is currently offered for purchase, and at the same time the company is looking for new ways to use it both internally and in cooperation with external partners. The plant in Česká Lípa has free space and production capacities for its further possible processing.
