Technologies You Will See in Action

As part of this year's programme, MAPRO will present Haitian injection moulding machines, Hilectro handling systems and a Yaskawa robotic workstation. The demonstrations will also include a universal assembly station with a robot, laser technology and fully integrated peripheral equipment, which together create a connected, intelligent and efficient production environment. Visitors will be able to see how individual machines work together within an automated system – from part handling and marking through to automated transport and final inspection of finished products.

ZERES V 1500/640 – Injection Moulding Machine with Intelligent Control

The event will feature the ZERES V 1500/640 injection moulding machine from the Zhafir series, which combines electric and hydraulic drives in one system. This type of machine is designed for efficient and precise plastics processing, with an emphasis on energy savings and production stability. The ZERES V model is equipped with an intelligent control system with touchscreen operation, which allows the entire injection moulding cycle to be monitored – from material plasticisation to mould cooling. Thanks to features such as mould protection and pressure and speed control feedback, the system can respond to changes in the process and maintain consistent moulded part quality.

During OPEN DAYS MAPRO, the machine will be fitted with magnetic platens and a Hilectro handling robot, enabling rapid mould changes and automated removal of moulded parts. The workstation will also include a three-level conveyor to ensure the sorting and discharge of finished parts.

JUPITER V SE 5500/3100 – Injection Moulding Machine with a Yaskawa Robot

On display at the event will be the JUPITER V SE 5500/3100 injection moulding machine with an assembly station, combining automated control and precise robotic handling. At the heart of the workstation is a six-axis Yaskawa robot, which handles parts, positions them precisely and works with a laser station for marking components. The individual steps are linked by a belt conveyor and complemented by Haitian peripheral equipment, ensuring smooth operation of the entire system. This station demonstrates how robotics, sensor technology and conveyor systems can be combined to create an efficient assembly system, in which individual steps follow one another precisely and reliably, with minimal need for human intervention.
