Nástrojárna Příbram – Jiří Češka is a family tool shop focused on the production of molds and cutting and pressing tools.
The company was founded in 1992, when Jiří Češka started a business with basic machines for conventional machining in the premises of his family home. Initially, they mainly performed basic operations and mold assembly, and specialized processes were provided in the form of cooperation. Gradually, however, in order to better meet deadlines, they expanded their own technologies and became technologically self-sufficient (e.g. EDM and CNC machining including 3D, wire cutting).
Since 2004, they have had a certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. In 2013, they expanded their services to include laser welding for repairs and modifications of tools and molds, and since 2018, the second generation has also joined the company and their own design in CAD Solidworks. In 2024, the company announces an investment in a Hermle C 400 U 5-axis milling center as part of an EU-supported project to introduce the production of a new large-scale injection mold.
