RESINEX launches new MyResinex customer portal

In today's fast-paced business environment, information has to be available instantly and easily. To meet this customer need, Resinex has developed a new customer portal.

The new MyResinex portal makes it easier for customers to get information about their orders and materials and to find relevant documents. Customers can now get the information they need without waiting for an e-mail or making a phone call.

On the portal, customers can see open and closed orders, the products they have bought in the past, and the complete Resinex product portfolio.

In the 'My orders' section, customers can follow the current status of their order. All the essential information about the order, such as quantity, price and product details, is summarised there. Customers also have the material certificate and the invoices for every delivered order at hand.

Having all orders in one place with all the necessary documents, and being able to track open orders, makes the work of every purchasing manager more efficient.

On the portal, customers also see all the products they have bought in the past. They can also find more detailed product information and all kinds of documents, such as technical data sheets, safety data sheets, various certificates and approvals, recommended processing conditions and more. If a document is missing, it is easy to request it on the portal.

Customers can also easily search among hundreds of other materials and, thanks to efficient filters, quickly find the product that meets the requirements of their application.

The portal was developed with a focus on easy navigation and clear information, and the very positive feedback from customers confirms that this has been achieved.
