Green roof on an apartment building in Tábor with FATRAFOL waterproofing foil

The reconstruction of the roof covering of an apartment building in Tábor, Czech Republic, brought an opportunity for the realization of a modern and ecological green roof. The goal was to create a pleasant environment for the residents of the house and at the same time contribute to the protection of the environment.

Prvním krokem bylo odstranění stávající skladby, která již neplnila svou funkci. Dále bylo nutné vyměnit vzduchotechniku a odstranit všechny obvodové prvky, aby bylo možné připravit podklad pro zelenou střechu.

Jako základ zelené střechy byla použita hydroizolační fólie FATRAFOL 818 v tloušťce 1,5 mm a šířce 2050 m. Fólie je odolná vůči prorůstání kořínků rostlin a odolává také UV záření.

Na fólii pak byly položeny další vrstvy, které zajistily potřebné podloží pro vegetační vrstvu – rozchodníkový koberec s několika různými druhy rozchodníků.

Zelená střecha s hydroizolační fólií FATRAFOL

Vytvoření přístupových pochozích zón bylo zajištěno pomocí praného kačírku a kačírkových lišt. Díky tomu bude možné zajistit snadnou údržbu a přístup ke všem potřebným prvkům.

Celková realizace zelené střechy na bytovém domě v Táboře přinesla nejen estetický přínos, ale chrání budovu před průnikem vysokých letních teplot do interiéru a vytváří tak stálý tepelný komfort.
