Our production program is thermoplastics and thermoset processing using injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. Production is currently focused on technical parts, mostly for the automotive and consumer goods from plastics.

Technological background for plastics processing

  • injection of thermoplastics with a clamping force of up to 450 t and a molding weight of up to approx. 1.5 kg
  • blowing of thermoplastics up to approx. 5 l
  • injection of thermosets with a clamping force up to 110 t
  • direct pressing of thermosets with a clamping force up to 150 t
  • robotized workplaces
  • plastic recycling with capacity up to 400kg / hour
  • production area 1200 m2
  • storage area 1400 m2
