Your partner for innovative plastic solutions - SIMONA on Fensterbau Frontale 2018
SIMONA will be presenting its range of plastic sheets for the construction industry at the Fensterbau Frontale trade show in Nurnberg.

SIMONA semi-finished plastic parts for the construction sector include compact and foamed sheets made of PVC, PE, PP and PETG. Our products combine the benefits of an attractive appearance with a wide range of processing capabilities.

PVC semi-finished products are in particular demand within the construction sector. Due to its excellent workability, PVC is a popular material for use as an outer layer or core sheet for numerous applications, such as wall, floor and ceiling coverings and door elements.

With SIMOSHIELD, SIMOFLOOR and SIMOPOR CONSTRUCT, we offer three product groups that have been specially developed for a wide range of construction applications, from compact panels to foam sheets.

SIMOSHIELD plastic sheets offer excellent deep-drawing properties and outstanding processing capabilities. They are also extremely weather-resistant, making them perfect for door manufacturing.

SIMOFLOOR core sheets for multi-layer floor coverings: the moisture-resistant material does not swell when exposed to water and is therefore ideal for use in damp rooms. The waterproof, cadmium- and lead-free core sheet offers clear advantages over standard, wood-based core sheets.

SIMOPOR CONSTRUCT, the lightweight construction sheet, impresses with its low weight, high stability and excellent workability.

It offers a wide range of benefits:

  • it is resistant to moisture and many chemical media
  • it offers protection against corrosion
  • it has good insulting properties, including against noise and vibration
  • it is mite-repellent and hygienic
  • it has a low dead weight
  • it is ideal for hot forming, and has excellent properties when machined and milled.

As SIMONA COPLAST-AS is UV- and weather-resistant, it is also an ideal product for outdoor use. It has a high-quality, white outer skin and white foam core, and is suitable for a wide range of processing methods.

SIMONA will be exhibiting in Hall 7, stand 331. The trade show for windows, doors and facades will take place from 21 to 24 March 2018 in Nuremberg.
