LEAN pull principles – planning and control in practice
We will focus on planning and controlling make-to-order production, with an emphasis on process optimization, meeting customer requirements, and efficient use of resources. We will cover material planning principles, bottleneck management, production leveling, and the application of tools such as Kanban and Heijunka. We will also include collecting production data to support decision-making.
