The line-up opens with a glimpse into the digital future of production. The ENGEL Virtual Assistant, EVA, understands questions posed in natural language, sets them in the context of the machine and process, and suggests the next course of action. Visitors can talk to an autonomous injection moulding cell themselves.

Every new ENGEL and WINTEC machine will now be delivered “AI injected” as standard, with existing CC300 or C3-controlled machines retrofittable via software update. The ENGEL AI Interface, based partly on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), makes machine context securely available to approved applications – the foundation of a growing AI ecosystem.
LSR precision without rework: The ENGEL victory electric
An ENGEL victory electric 1565/220 – electric, tie-bar-less, 2,200 kN clamping force – will mould a flash-free LSR seal for an inverter component, thanks to near-perfect platen parallelism and a mould from partner ACH Solution machined to thousandths-of-a-millimetre tolerances.

High-volume with a premiere: WINTEC e-win moulds an automotive connector
A WINTEC e-win 1800, fully electric and precisely engineered, will mould a genuine series-production connector measuring roughly 10 x 6 mm. Making its debut is the new ENGEL viper 6 linear robot, removing the sprue as parts drop onto a conveyor.
More margin per cup: The e-motion 380 in thin-wall packaging
The fully electric e-motion 380 achieves an injection rate of 500 mm/s at a 70 mm screw diameter, producing an IML yoghurt cup weighing just 6.33 grams with a 0.3 mm wall, made entirely from recyclable mono-material.
Two platens, one hanger: The WINTEC t-win 6500
This near-standard two-platen machine, 6,500 kN clamping force, will mould clothes hangers using a 4+4 family mould, achieving roughly 360 hangers per hour with the help of a viper 20 robot and excellent platen parallelism.
