The growth of the global economy has given businesses better access to worldwide markets. However, as the volume and complexity of global trade increase, so does the risk of various misunderstandings and costly disputes if sales contracts are not prepared with due care.

To facilitate international trade transactions, the International Chamber of Commerce developed the rules known as INCOTERMS®.

The webinar is intended for everyone who trades goods internationally and wants to handle the tasks associated with these processes more effectively. Its aim is to familiarise businesses with the INCOTERMS® rules to an extent that enables all participants in international trade in goods to apply them correctly, while also providing information on the relationship between delivery terms and customs formalities.

The webinar will be led by an experienced expert in this field, Ing. Tibor Vojtko, a specialist customs adviser and former customs officer.
