Free Seminar on New Machinery Legislation Directly at the MSV Brno Trade Fair

The SZÚ programme at MSV will also include a free technical seminar dedicated to the new Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and of the Council on machinery. The seminar will take place directly at the trade fair as part of the Czech National Exhibition, from 9.00 to 9.50.

The Regulation will replace the existing Directive 2006/42/EC and will apply in full from 20 January 2027. It is therefore high time for machinery manufacturers to find out what is changing and how to prepare for the new requirements.

The seminar will provide a basic introduction to the new legislation and highlight areas to which manufacturers should pay attention. Afterwards, specific questions can be discussed individually with SZÚ experts.

The free trade fair seminar is primarily intended for those who want to gain a basic overview of the new legislation and its impact on machinery manufacturers. If you have a specific question or want to be sure that we can give you our attention at a particular time, we recommend arranging a consultation appointment in advance.

You will find Strojírenský zkušební ústav at the Czech National Exhibition in Hall P on 6–9 October 2026.
