Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities
- changing molds on injection molding machines,
- preparing and starting production,
- setting machines and optimizing the production process,
- troubleshooting and resolving production issues,
- daily maintenance and repairs of injection molding machines,
- ensuring smooth operation of the machines,
- checking machine functionality and production processes,
- diagnosing equipment failures and carrying out necessary repairs,
- performing preventive machine inspections,
- operating a forklift,
- working with cranes,
- operating peripheral equipment, including temperature control units, cooling systems, robots and hot runner controllers.
Requirements
- responsibility, independence, loyalty and precision,
- willingness to learn new things,
- willingness to work in a three-shift operation,
- manual skills and technical aptitude,
- basic computer skills,
- ability to understand work instructions and procedures.
Advantage
- technical education,
- experience in maintenance and setting of injection molding machines,
- experience in optimizing injection molding processes,
- basic knowledge of operating injection molding machines, robots and other peripheral equipment,
- driving licence, category B.
