   - Foundations for scaling and substitutability
3. Module 2 (6 h): Growth system – structure, processes, and team leaders
   - Building functional middle management
   - Development of internal leaders and talents
   - Control of processes and responsibilities during growth
4. Adaptation follow-up (2 h, after 1 – 1.5 months)
   - Sharing initial successes
   - Resolving obstacles in implementing changes
   - Mutual inspiration among participants
5. Final phase
   - Action Planning (60 min, online/live) – a concrete action plan for the company
   - E-learning and worksheets to support implementation
