The DESMA ServiceCommitmentPackage serves to increase the plant availability. The ServiceCommitmentPackage, which is individually tailored to the customer's needs, defines preventive maintenance assignments according to requirements in order to define a spare parts strategy and to be able to prevent machine failures in time. All necessary jobs, including the management of the hydraulic oil, HydroClean, and preventive maintenance and servicing with SmartPredict, can be individually integrated to achieve the highest possible availability effect.

Hydraulic oil change after fixed time or after actual condition? Even better: The filling lasts the whole life of the machine. DESMA offers here option and retrofit packages for the oil sensor technology, additional filter systems or also complete oil reconditioning on the machine as a service and new product. For the D 969.300 Z Sealmaster S3 DESMA offers the retrofit kit PerformanceHydraulics which, depending on the cycle sequence, enables a saving potential of up to 3 seconds.
