DATRON-TECHNOLOGY s.r.o. is a specialized company focused on CNC machining systems for high-speed milling of non-ferrous metals and plastics, as well as on the production of solid carbide cutting tools for machining these materials.
DATRON-TECHNOLOGY s.r.o. offers CNC milling and dispensing systems from the German company DATRON AG, designed for precise milling, drilling and engraving of plastics and non-ferrous metals. Our machines are used in many industrial sectors — from the production of front panels and enclosures for various devices, through profile machining, mould production and stamping dies, to the manufacture of design prototypes and products for the advertising industry.
DATRON milling tools are solid carbide cutters made from fine-grain sintered carbide (sometimes incorrectly referred to simply as hard metal). These tools are intended primarily for operations involving the milling of plastics and aluminium alloys (from hard duralumin grades to pure aluminium). Thanks to the specially developed geometry and the very low surface roughness of the cutting faces, DATRON tools make it possible to mill faster and deeper than before, while maintaining the same quality or even achieving a higher quality of machined surfaces.
DATRON-TECHNOLOGY s.r.o. has been active on the market since 1995 and operates throughout the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
