In addition to the production of precise technical and aesthetic moldings from thermoplastics, LPH GROUP also offers surface treatment of products. We adapt the appearance and surface finish of the products exactly according to your wishes.
S cieľom komplexnejšej ponuky pri finalizácii produktov zabezpečujeme aj:
- Pokovovanie – povrchová úprava dielov naparovaním hliníka vo vákuu. V súčasnosti máme pre túto úpravu v prevádzke dve produkčné linky.
- „Hot Stamping“ prostredníctvom zariadenia od f. KURZ.
- Zváranie komponentov rôznymi technológiami (napr. ultrazvukom, alebo vibračne).
- Realizujeme montážne zostavy a podzostavy obsahujúce okrem lisovaných plastových dielov aj prvky z rôznych technických materiálov, akými sú kovy, uretánové peny, fólie, magnety a iné subkomponenty používané pri finalizácii produkcie.
