Laser cutting of metals offers an efficient solution wherever high precision, repeatability and a clean result without unnecessary subsequent finishing are important. RAVAFOL uses a modern Bodor 3 kW fibre laser, which enables the processing of technical parts, structural elements, design panels, lettering and components for sign production.

The Bodor fibre laser enables precise cutting of various types of metal materials. The technology can also handle complex geometric shapes, small holes and fine structural or design details.

RAVAFOL provides:

• cutting of structural steel up to 15 mm thick,
• cutting of stainless steel up to 10 mm thick,
• cutting of aluminium and aluminium alloys up to 10 mm thick.

The result is precisely cut metal parts with clean edges and minimal heat impact on the surrounding material. The high-quality cut also reduces the need for further machining.

How does the cooperation work?

The customer sends drawings, ideally in DXF or DWG format. The enquiry should also include information on the required material, its thickness, the number of pieces and the delivery date. Based on the documentation supplied, RAVAFOL prepares a quotation and an estimated completion date. Once the quotation has been approved, the order is scheduled for production and the parts are cut using the Bodor 3 kW fibre laser. The customer can collect the finished products in person or have them shipped to an agreed location.
