With the SEALMASTER 300+, DESMA is showcasing a generation of machines that impresses with significant performance gains: up to 50% more usable molding surface, 60% greater opening stroke, 30% larger clear width, and up to 50% higher travel speeds ensure maximum productivity and operational flexibility. This performance is complemented by a larger tie-bar spacing and a directly integrated brushing and demolding system from DESMA Automation, which enables the shortest cycle times and precise processes.
In parallel with its machine innovations, DESMA underscores its role as a globally active system provider. With four international mold-making locations, the company offers cross-location availability of mold-making capacities. Thanks to centralized data networks, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades can be carried out quickly and precisely regardless of the original production site – a decisive advantage for minimizing downtime worldwide.
Practical testing of DESMA technologies directly in Italy
To strengthen its market presence in Southern Europe, DESMA has also entered into a strategic partnership with Prima Tecnica in Italy. The new on-site showroom, equipped with a SEALMASTER 300+, enables customers to conduct practical tests and sample production under real production conditions. The offering is complemented by available DESMA cold runner systems, which allow for comprehensive process optimization directly on-site.
In addition to the SEALMASTER series, DESMA is also presenting its comprehensive turnkey solutions and other machine platforms digitally at Plast. These include additional machine sizes and, in particular, the new REFERENCE 300+, which impresses with modern technologies, improved ergonomics, and increased productivity. Among the innovations are energy-efficient drive systems (ServoGear2 or asynchronous drive), optimized injection units, and the new DRC2035 TBM process visualization system with innovative software architecture.

Another key focus is the digitalization of production: With the DESMA DataHub+, the company offers a modular platform for the collection, storage, and analysis of production data. The solution enables seamless documentation, comprehensive traceability, and flexible integration into existing IT infrastructures.
