Brno - Conformity assessment of products when placing them on the market

Who the training is suitable for:
Top and middle management of manufacturing companies

Training goal:

• The training will provide you with information on the procedures that your company must implement when issuing an EC Declaration of Conformity according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., or an EU Declaration of Conformity according to Act No. 90/2016 Coll.

• We will familiarize you with product categorization in the regulated vs. non-regulated sphere.

• You will learn what documentation you must provide for issuing a declaration of conformity, and what pitfalls you may encounter when placing a product on the market.

• Conformity assessment procedure

• Basic requirements for issuing a Declaration of Conformity

• Products for which a Declaration of Conformity is required for market placement

• Marking products with the "CE" mark

• Impacts of violating relevant obligations
