Fluctuating colour consistency, material segregation in the hopper, or inaccurate dosing may not always be caused by the process itself. In many cases, the granule size plays an important role as well. In masterbatches, this parameter can significantly affect processing stability and the final product quality. That is why Lifocolor offers four granule sizes, making it easier to choose the right solution for specific production requirements.
