147 companies from 12 countries took part in this year's PLASTPOL fair, which took place from 6.10. - 8.10.2020.

Aj keď bol veľtrh o niečo menej pôsobivý ako v minulých ročníkoch, stále plnil svoju základnú funkciu a ukázal sa ako efektívna obchodná platforma.

Tradične sa naživo predvádzali výrobné procesy, v hojnej miere sa tiež vyskytli moderné spracovateľské a konvertovacie stroje a technologické riešenia.

Novinkou 24. medzinárodného veľtrhu spracovania plastov a gumy PLASTPOL, bola Zóna BioPlastics. Expozičná zóna určená pre odvetvie bioplastov priťahovala pozornosť účastníkov vďaka širokej škále produktov doplnených o konzultačné, výskumné a certifikačné služby.

Súčasťou veľtrhu bol aj technický seminár PLASTECH - INFO, ktorý sa konal druhý deň veľtrhu, teda 7. októbra. Tematický rozsah seminára sa týkal hlavne nespravodlivého negatívneho obrazu plastov.
