Without guide pillars and with electric drive for production optimization: ENGEL expands the victory series
ENGEL is expanding its renowned range of victory injection molding machines without guide pillars by incorporating the previous e-motion TL model, now introduced as the victory electric. This innovative addition combines the advantages of guide pillar-free technology with advanced features of servo-electric drives, setting new standards in manufacturing technology.

ENGEL Tie-Bar-Less Injection Moulding Machine

By incorporating the successful e-motion TL machine into the victory series under the name victory electric, ENGEL has restructured its portfolio of tie-bar-less injection moulding machines and offers three different categories within a single series: electric, hybrid and hydraulic.

The machine has been upgraded with state-of-the-art drive components to increase energy efficiency. Redesigned injection units ensure higher injection speeds and greater user-friendliness. Components are now more accessible and easier to replace, simplifying maintenance tasks , such as servicing the plasticising barrel. These improvements result in higher performance, energy savings and increased machine availability.

Another innovation in the victory electric machine is the integration of hydraulics for clamping forces of 80 tonnes and above. This meets market requirements for various moulds requiring hydraulic support. In addition, this solution is significantly more economical than externally supplied hydraulics while maintaining the machine's compact dimensions.

victory electric machines are available with clamping forces ranging from 30 to 130 tonnes and are designed to meet the needs of industries that require high flexibility, exceptional precision and short cycle times. Key application areas include industries requiring large quantities of high-precision parts in short cycles, such as medical technology, the automotive and electronics industries, as well as technical moulding. With this machine, ENGEL aims to further strengthen its leading market position in these industries.

victory electric ENGEL - precision injection moulding of plastics

Thanks to new electric injection units, victory electric offers higher injection speeds and more user-friendly maintenance.

The victory electric machine ensures precision in two stages. First, its electric injection units provide highly precise control of the injection moulding process, shot after shot. The result is significantly better part quality and an exceptionally low scrap rate - a major advantage in cost-intensive production environments. Another advantage of the electric drive system is its short response time. This enables very short cycle times while maintaining consistently high part quality. In high-volume production, where every second counts, this represents a significant competitive advantage.

victory electric - Maximum Precision

Uniform distribution of the clamping force across all cavities is essential for producing high-quality components in moulds with many cavities, which represent the second stage of maximum precision. Part after part, within each shot. In addition, the excellent platen parallelism of tie-bar-less injection moulding machines is a key feature for protecting moulds, resulting in reduced maintenance costs.

The large platen area in the tie-bar-less design of the victory electric model also simplifies mould changes and speeds up maintenance. This increases overall uptime and significantly reduces production costs. It also enables the use of very large and complex moulds without having to use an alternative machine with tie bars and a significantly higher clamping force. The machine's compact design and small dimensions make it particularly advantageous for facilities with limited space or in cleanroom environments.

As victory electric is equipped with an encapsulated joint as standard, the risk of oil leakage and contamination is significantly reduced. The absence of tie bars minimises airflow turbulence that can dislodge dust and dirt in the mould area. Both of these features are particularly important in clean production environments, such as medical technology. With a specially developed optional cleanroom package that qualifies the machine for use in cleanrooms up to ISO 7, ENGEL also sets benchmarks in cleanliness. Thanks to its enclosed components and low-emission operation, victory electric is the ideal choice for industries requiring the highest standards of cleanliness.

The expansion of the victory series to include victory electric reflects ENGEL's commitment to offering solutions for every injection moulding line - with technological advances focused on increasing production efficiency and reducing operating costs. Customers can benefit from a future-proof investment that guarantees excellent product quality and environmental standards and ensures competitiveness in demanding markets.
