SprinterMarker: Simple pneumatic product marking directly on the production line
SprinterMarker is a compact pneumatic device designed for industrial marking. The machine operates on a simple principle – the print head picks up ink from the reservoir and uses a pneumatic movement to make an imprint directly on the product. Thanks to its simple design, the device is easy to operate and maintain and can be used both for individual items and for continuous production.
From a Validation Mark to a Batch Number
Depending on the print head selected, SprinterMarker can be used for various types of marking. Typical applications include production date, batch number, production or inspection code, PASS/FAIL marking, coloured inspection dot, symbol, simple logo or short text.
A major advantage of the system is its versatility. For example, it can mark:
- plastics and plastic products,
- metals,
- glass,
- rubber,
- paper and cardboard,
- films and packaging materials,
- flat and contoured surfaces.
Fast-drying printing inks in various colours, including white, can be used. Standard fast-drying inks can dry within one to two seconds after application.
Sprinter Model 44 – Compact Dimensions, Fast Operating Cycle
One of the compact devices in this range is the Sprinter Model 44. It is particularly suitable where a small device needs to be installed directly in a production fixture, assembly station or automated line.
Model 44 operates with compressed air at a pressure of approximately around 1.4 bar and, according to the manufacturer, achieves a speed of up to 350 operating cycles per minute. The unit itself weighs only approximately 0.23 kg. The maximum standard print area is approximately 12.7 × 12.7 mm.

Print heads for marking dots of various diameters are available, for example. The model can also be supplied with an extended print head or a longer operating stroke, allowing marking even in locations that are difficult to access with a standard device.
Easy Integration into Automation
SprinterMarker can operate in various mounting positions and, thanks to pneumatic actuation, can easily be integrated into production and assembly lines or inspection stations. The device can also operate without the continuous presence of an operator.
This is useful, for example, when a part needs to be automatically marked with a coloured dot after a production or inspection operation has been completed. A signal from a PLC, sensor or inspection station can trigger the pneumatic cycle, and SprinterMarker applies the required marking to the product.
Quick Changes of Text and Ink Colour
With interchangeable rubber characters, the required text can easily be assembled and adjusted as needed. Letters, numerals and other symbols are available. Changing the application therefore often requires neither programming nor replacement of the entire device.
Changing the ink is also easy thanks to the reservoir design. The closed system helps limit ink drying during production interruptions and allows marking to restart quickly.
A Solution for Simple Industrial Marking
SprinterMarker is an appealing alternative wherever complex inkjet or laser technology is not required and the requirement is instead clear: to create a small coloured imprint on a product quickly, easily and repeatably.
We supply SprinterMarker devices to customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We help select the appropriate model, print head size, characters, ink and method of installation in a specific production machine.
Do you have a specific product you need to mark?
Send us a photograph of the part, the material, the required marking size and the anticipated production speed. We will propose a suitable configuration of the SprinterMarker pneumatic stamp.
