Anna Wydrzyńska elected to a new chief executive officer of ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s.
Mrs. Anna Wydrzyńska comes to ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s. from UNIPETROL Group where she had held the position of Director of Financial Management since 2010. Since 2012 she has been served in the Board of Directors of PARAMO, a.s., with the responsibility for preparation, management and coordination of financial processes within the framework of financial strategy. Until 2010 she worked for Lafarge Kruszywa i Beton as Director for the Eastern Region, steering all processes within the aforementioned region including production, sales, quality, logistics and commerce; moreover, Mrs. Anna Wydrzyńska implemented the development strategy and company plans. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and of the postgraduate study in ORGMASZ ZTI Institute of management in industry. Mr. Konrad Marek Szykula was a member of the Supervisory Board of ČESKÁ RAFINÉRSKÁ, a.s. since 2012. He has been the Business Controlling Director and Performance & Capex Director in UNIPETROL Group during last 3 years. He served in PKN ORLEN S.A. since 2009 in business controlling and – subsequently – as manager of HR controlling within the Group. He participated in costs efficiency, projects appraisal, budget monitoring, economical analyses, supporting project management. Earlier he worked in controlling of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., before he had been working in BRE BANK S.A.
