Automated Production of Three-Dimensional Letters

Letter Bender 3D is a computer-controlled machine designed for the automated production of three-dimensional letters. The automatic bending machine processes 3D profiles manufactured by 3D System and helps simplify and speed up their forming into the required shape.

The machine enables the creation of curves, bending of the profile without cutting through its entire width, and automatic cutting. The individual operations can thus take place within a single workflow, contributing to consistent quality of the letters produced and reducing the time required to manufacture them.

Profiles up to 140 mm Wide

The machine was designed to produce letters ranging in height from approximately 25 to 140 cm, depending on the shape and typeface. It works with 3D profiles ranging in width from 60 to 140 mm.

The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen that simplifies machine setup and the operation of individual production processes.

Control Using the Bending Points Indicator Program

Machine control is based on the proprietary Bending Points Indicator program. The software is used to prepare profiles with precisely marked bending points and supports correct forming of the material into the required letter shape.

Letter Bender 3D was designed and manufactured from the ground up by 3D System. According to the manufacturer, it is the only machine of this type on the market in question that is manufactured entirely in Poland.
