AMPER 2026: The return of big names to the trade fair and new additions to the accompanying program

The major exhibitors that will significantly strengthen the offering at the AMPER trade fair in 2026 include ABB and Rittal, which last exhibited in 2022.

Other confirmed exhibitors include companies such as BD SENSORS, BIBUS, ENIKA.CZ, EUCHNER electric, GENTEC CHP, HARTING, HENNLICH, KNIPEX, LIN-TECH, OBO BETTERMANN, OHLA ŽS, ORBIT MERRET, PBT Rožnov p. R., TEDOM, WEG and WIHA.

After a break of several years, the brands DCK Holoubkov Bohemia, EL-INSTA ENERGO, Minalox and TRAFO CZ are also returning. The trade fair's expert partner is Elektrotechnická asociace České republiky.

New Additions to the Accompanying Programme – the SMART INDUSTRY Conference and Drones

Visitors to the AMPER trade fair can also look forward to new additions to the programme. The trade fair will expand to include specialist sessions, networking and new presentation formats.

The trade fair will include the Smart Industry – AMPER EDITION project, jointly organised by Trade Media International, Czechoslovak Group and Pocket Virtuality. As part of this project, the Smart Industry conference will take place on the first day of the trade fair in the iconic rotunda at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Visitors will see practical demonstrations of solutions for industry, ranging from maintenance digitalisation, working with data and industrial AI to advanced visualisation and augmented reality. They will also have the opportunity to obtain a recording of the conference programme for later viewing. As an additional bonus, part of the programme will be available on a second stage being prepared directly on the trade fair floor in Hall P.

Another new addition to the programme will be the DronyX conference, which will take place on Wednesday, 18 March. It will focus on trends in the development and manufacture of unmanned vehicles and counter-drone systems for both civilian and military use. The conference programme is intended primarily for professionals in industry, security, energy, logistics and research. Participants can look forward to thematic sessions, lectures and discussions led by Czech and international experts.

The Future of Transport Within Reach

The AMPER E-MOBILITY project will focus on the latest technologies in electric transport. The trade fair has become a partner of the AUTO ROKU poll and AUTOmakers magazine. In Slovakia, it has established partnerships with the leading technology portals mojelektromobil.sk and nearcharger.sk. Thanks to this cooperation, the AMPER E-MOBILITY section will offer a significantly expanded programme and new interactive services for visitors.

A key new feature will be the establishment of a dedicated advice centre directly within the exhibition grounds. Experts on site will answer questions about choosing an electric vehicle, day-to-day operation, charging options and the economic aspects of electric vehicle ownership.

A fleet of attractive electric vehicles will also be available. Interested visitors will be able to experience the driving characteristics of electric vehicles themselves thanks to a new booking system that will ensure test drives run smoothly.

AMPER E-MOBILITY will include E-STAGE, covering topics such as autonomous driving and battery recycling. The highlight of the programme will be the NearCharger Awards ceremony. Visitors will thus be able to view the winning model of the Electric Vehicle of the Year poll on site.

A Space Where New Ideas Are Born

For exhibitors and visitors wishing to establish new business relationships, cooperation with the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce will make the Kontakt–Kontrakt matchmaking platform available at the AMPER trade fair for the first time, enabling efficient scheduling of B2B meetings directly during the trade fair. All that is required is to complete a cooperation profile in advance and thus join the online catalogue of participants, from which interested parties can select the most suitable partners according to their preferences for a meeting to be held during the AMPER trade fair.

The dedicated AMPER Innovation Hub section will demonstrate that the trade fair is not only a showcase for established brands, but also an incubator for new ideas and technologies. Interested visitors will discover projects that are only just entering the market, while also seeing the directions in which electrical engineering disciplines will develop in the coming years. It will include exhibits by universities, start-ups and spin-offs, a specialist programme and thematic zones. AMPER Innovation Hub will thus become not only a showcase of technological visions, but also a platform that motivates students to pursue technical disciplines and provides young talent with an opportunity to establish themselves in practice.
