We specialize in plastic injection molding and metal processing, particularly in the development, production and supply of passive components for optical networks in the telecommunications sector. Our know-how is also applied in areas such as military contracts, energy and other industries where quality and reliability are essential.
Plastic Injection Molding
Our Plastic Injection Molding Division draws on extensive experience in implementing demanding projects, particularly for the telecommunications and automotive industries. We manufacture technical plastic parts as well as visible parts, which require high levels of precision, surface quality and aesthetic appearance.

We have a modern production facility and a wide range of injection molding technologies. Our production capacity includes 19 injection molding machines from Borche, Engel, Arburg and BOY, with clamping forces ranging from 100 to 7,000 kN. Production is supported by robotic systems, central drying and an automated granulate distribution system.
We process a wide range of engineering thermoplastics, including PP, PE, PA, ABS, PC/ABS, TPU and TPE, as well as materials reinforced with glass fibers.
Comprehensive Solutions from Mold to Series Production
We provide customers with comprehensive support throughout the entire project implementation process. We can participate in mold design, arrange mold manufacturing and sampling, and subsequently carry out series production.
Our services also include assembly and completion of plastic parts. Thanks to our own engineering team and technical facilities, we can handle not only standard series production, but also customized solutions and turnkey projects.
Our own mold maintenance department also enables us to provide preventive maintenance and basic mold modifications, contributing to long-term production process stability.

Our production processes are certified according to the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with certification carried out by TÜV SÜD.
Modern metrology equipment enables us to control the dimensional accuracy and quality of manufactured parts, even for demanding technical applications.
Production and Logistics Facilities
The production hall is equipped with modern storage facilities with racking and handling equipment. Separate areas for storing granulate and finished products ensure efficient material flows, storage and logistics.
Our strategic location in an industrial zone with direct motorway access makes us an easily accessible partner for customers from Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
