Loss-free logistics: A practical workshop on reducing company costs

PROGRAM

• Process mapping on the shop floor – we monitor material flow from entry to exit and identify losses in work organization.
• Inventory analysis – we check rotation, overstocks and tied-up capital, setting priorities for improvement.
• Logistics cost analysis – transfers, handling, packaging, waiting, errors and costs associated with repairs and space.
• Connecting costs with operational reality – we demonstrate the impact of inefficient logistics directly on cost items.
• Collection of solution proposals for a specific company – participants work on their own company and prepare feasible measures.
• Creation of an action plan for 1 month – we define specific steps, responsibilities and implementation deadlines.
• Evaluation of cost-saving potential – an estimate of savings is created during the workshop based on real findings.
• Modeling of warehouse and transfer optimization – we propose a new way of organizing space and material movement.
• Production excursion focused on costs – demonstration of logistics principles in practice.
• Output oriented towards solutions, not theory – participants leave with concrete proposals for their company.
