A systematic approach to reducing labor intensity

Beyond time measurement, the role of a work study engineer is to find ways to reduce it. Operations include waste that does not add value, and we want to eliminate it in the process. We find reserves in product design, materials used, work procedures, technology and tools used, workplace layout, etc.

• Recording process information (Process Flow Diagram,...)
• Identification of waste in operations
• Operation analysis
• Practical application in the workplace

Participants of the entire Expert Work Study Engineer program will continue on the afternoon of the second day with a project presentation and a test. By successfully completing it, they will receive a Certificate of completion of the program.
