The CZFP and FPSK have a new owner
Following the recent acquisition of CZFP and FPSK by Omya, we now joined Omya´s growing Engineered Plastics platform and strengthened our relationship with EMS and Emsodur.
The Swiss company OMYA AG Schweiz becomes the new owner of the companies. We believe being part of a greater platform will as well be beneficial for our customers in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
