SZÚ is building photovoltaic power plants in Brno and Jablonec nad Nisou
Strojírenský zkušební ústav (SZÚ) is implementing the construction of photovoltaic power plants at two locations – Brno and Jablonec nad Nisou. The project is part of the RES+ initiative, whose main goal is to support the development of new solar sources intended primarily for on-site electricity consumption.
In practice, the project is expected to deliver:
- higher energy self-sufficiency,
- lower electricity costs,
- greater energy security,
- support for the transition to renewable energy sources and a reduced carbon footprint.
