Entering the market is 100 % recycled aluLDPE regranulate from beverage cartons, suitable for injection moulding and engineering applications. The material contains up to 18 % aluminium, which increases stiffness and dimensional stability; it offers low odour, consistent pellet size (~4 mm) and MFI 4.5–6 g/10 min (190 °C / 2.16 kg), verified in industrial operation. The manufacturer states a capacity of 4 000 t per year and the option of long-term framework agreements. Typical uses include engineering mouldings, concealed structural parts and industrial components without appearance requirements, with an emphasis on mechanical stability and sustainability.
