Grupo Antolin completes acquisition of Magna Interiors

Grupo Antolin, after obtaining the approval of the competition authorities, completed the acquisition of interior Magna International (with the exception of China, where the operation is waiting for authorization from the local authorities).

Pri tejto operácii, sa stáva Grupo Antolin jedným z najväčších hráčov na trhu s automobilovými interiérmi a posilňuje jeho robustný globálny rast tejto platformy.

Po dohode sa Magna Interiors stáva súčasťou štruktúry Grupo Antolin ako nová obchodná jednotka s názvom Cockpits and Interior Trim (kokpity a vnútorné obloženie), ktorá sa pripojí k existujúcej jednotke: Overhead Systems, Doors, Seating and Lighting (podvesné systémy, dvere, sedadlá a osvetlenie).

Nová divízia bude mať sídlo v Allershausen v blízkosti mesta Mníchov, ktorý sa stal jedným z hlavných centier spoločnosti, z ktorej bude koordinovaná všetka priemyselná činnosť novej obchodnej jednotky.
