The company Kovoplast, Production Cooperative, Hluk is a traditional Czech manufacturer with a long history in plastics and metal processing. Since its foundation, it has built a strong position on the market thanks to quality, reliability, and an innovative approach to production.

Assortment / Services

1. Division PLASTICS

Main activities: serial production of plastic parts, 1K/2K technologies, plastic-metal components (over-molding, insert-molding), surface treatments (vacuum metallization, printing, painting), production of parts up to 1500 g.
Technologies: more than 36 injection molding machines from Arburg, Demag, Blaze, Zhafir, Leadway, and Engel (35–500 t), robotic systems, manipulators, dryers, coloring units.

2. Division METALS

Main activities: production of metal stampings by cold forming (bending, cutting, punching), processing of sheet metal up to 4 mm thickness, additional operations (degreasing, tumbling, grinding, drilling, threading, spot welding, surface treatments).
Technologies: 14 eccentric presses (10–160 t), 2 hydraulic presses (40–100 t), semi-automated processes with feeders and coil straightening.

3. Division TOOLMAKING

Main activities: production of injection molds (up to 3 t), progressive stamping tools, gauges and fixtures, product development support, design optimization (moldflow analysis), 2D/3D documentation, 3D printing of prototypes (up to 250 × 150 × 120 mm), tool testing and maintenance.
Technologies: CNC lathes and milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, wire EDM, annealing furnaces, 3D printers.

4. Division ASSEMBLY

Main activities: assembly of plastic and metal parts, manual and automated assembly, product testing and inspection, special clean assembly rooms for demanding applications, automated optical inspection (AOI), operations such as inserting, screwing, gluing, welding, pressing.
