TECHNI-SCAN – Complete solutions in the field of 3D scanners and 3D measurement services
TECHNI-SCAN, with its headquarters in Trenčín and a newly opened branch in Ostrava, is the official partner of the German manufacturer of professional 3D scanners ZEISS #HandsOnMetrology for the Slovak and Czech Republics. We supply 3D scanning systems with an accuracy of up to 0.007 mm, including their integration into production processes, professional training and technical support.
In addition to sales, we provide comprehensive services in the field of 3D scanning and measurement, such as:
- external 3D scanning and 3D measurements,
- checking dimensions and geometric tolerances,
- comparison of scanned data with 3D models or drawing documentation,
- reverse engineering (Scan-To-CAD) with outputs to all common CAD software.
We also have an automatic 3-axis 3D scanning system, which significantly simplifies repeated measurements, for example for parts from multi-cavity molds. This system ensures high repeatability and efficiency in serial inspections.
We perform scanning directly at the customer's site, or in one of our measurement centers, where we can provide ideal conditions for accurate and repeatable measurements.
Our services are designed for manufacturers of plastic, sheet metal and machined parts, as well as molds, tools and fixtures.
We are also an official partner for QUICKSURFACE reverse engineering software in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. This tool allows you to create accurate 3D CAD models from scanned data, which is ideal for modifying parts without technical documentation, developing new products or renovating older molds and tools.
