fortell s.r.o. is a Czech manufacturing company with more than 30 years of tradition. We help our customers transform technical ideas into functional and reliable solutions – from design to serial production. We build on technical precision, experienced people, and an honest approach, thanks to which every result carries a clear signature of quality.
We specialize in the development and design of parts, the production of injection moulds and stamping tools, large-scale production of plastic and pressed metal components, and assembly operations. Our key strength lies in the integration of toolmaking and production under one roof, enabling us to design solutions that make sense not only on the drawing board, but also in real manufacturing.
We are based in Lanškroun, where approximately 220 employees work in a modern production facility with a total area of over 8,300 m². We are an independent Czech company with no foreign owner, a short decision- making chain, and a fair, partnership-oriented approach. We cooperate with customers from the automotive,
electrical engineering, and consumer goods industries both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We provide development and design of single- and multi-cavity injection moulds and stamping tools. We work with the NX CAD/CAM system (Siemens) and perform plastic injection simulation analyses using the Cadmould mould-flow system (SIMCON). For rapid prototyping, we use 3D printing technologies FFF (Raise3D PRO2) and SLA (Creality LD-006).
We design, develop, and manufacture plastic injection moulds in our own tool shop. Thanks to our machinery, we are able to produce moulds weighing up to approximately 4.5 tonnes. Our moulds are designed with an emphasis on functionality, durability, and stable serial production.
In our own tool shop, we manufacture tools for sheet metal forming – progressive punching tools, combined tools, block tools, and bending tools. From 3D design to final tool tuning.
We provide injection moulding of plastic parts, including overmoulding of metal inserts, and delivery of finished products. Our plastic components are mainly used in the electrical engineering, automotive, and consumer goods industries.
We perform stamping of metal parts made of standard and stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, and aluminium. Deliveries may also include surface treatments and tumbling.
We offer the production of spare parts for injection moulds and stamping tools, including production, measuring, and assembly fixtures.
