In addition, since moving to new premises in Martin, we have a much wider range of stock available, which now helps us respond really quickly. We often go directly to our customers so that we can quickly address what they need to get done. At the same time, we try to recommend quality products to them, because we know what it is like to struggle with faulty quick couplings, leaking hoses or other components that may have been cheaper, but only until the first complications arose. Thanks to well-organised logistics and a network of reliable suppliers, spare parts are available at short notice, reducing the costs associated with production downtime,” explains Jakub Drmla.
