We offer second-grade products for sale with various defects, including visual defects and deviations from thickness or basis-weight tolerances.
The base material is a PP + glass composite. The top and bottom layers vary depending on the product type and may consist of:
- PP film,
- LLDPE film,
- PE film,
- PA/PE film,
- PET nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 20–300 gsm,
- PP/PET nonwoven fabric.
Dimensions:
- length: 1,300–3,000 mm,
- width: 500–2,450 mm,
- thickness: 2–6 mm.
Production volume: 8–15 tonnes per month.
The parts can be thermoformed in a press. The products can be sorted according to size or type of defect. The parts are stored on pallets.
Collection can be arranged by agreement, at least twice per month.
