Plastic Parts Design Seminar

The seminar Plastic Parts Design Seminar took place 26.11.2025.

At the seminar, we will familiarize you with the development process, remind you of the rules for the design of plastic parts and injection molds, emphasize important points when selecting materials, and show you the advantages and risks of cold and hot runner systems.

Plastic Part Design Seminar

We will also show how to ensure stable production, how to shorten and reduce the number of part sampling trials, and what should not be underestimated when maintaining the injection mould    and runner system. Finally, we will demonstrate options for checking part quality. Not only dimensional and surface quality, but also the internal quality of the part. Each topic will be supported by examples of problems solved in real projects.

The seminar is suitable for plastic part designers, injection mould designers, process engineers, project managers, injection moulding machine setters, managers and sales department staff.

A properly established and consistently followed development process delivers higher part quality at the very first sampling trial, less duplicated (repeated) work and fewer correction loops, an earlier product launch and, above all, significant cost savings.

If you want to bring your products with plastic parts to market sooner and at the required quality, or simply want to reduce the costs of developing and manufacturing a plastic part, following the correct procedure in plastic part development and production is very important for you. It will help you avoid additional and unexpected costs, reduce the number of correction loops to a minimum and ensure stable production of the plastic part at the required quality.

Attend our seminar if you would like to:

  •     shorten the production cycle time
  •     improve the quality of manufactured parts
  •     select a suitable material
  •     reduce the reject rate
  •     increase production capacity
  •     reduce the number of correction loops
  •     achieve greater process stability (better CPK values)
  •     gain greater flexibility in part design
  •     achieve higher profits for yourself

We look forward to your participation and that of your colleagues.
