Cybersecurity Management in AI Projects

The workshop will provide a practical framework for identifying and managing specific AI security threats. Companies will receive guidance on safe and compliant AI deployment, protecting their data and models from attacks.

The workshop will consist of 4 modules:

Module 1: Strategic AI Governance: Integrating AIMS with ISMS,
Module 2: Identifying new AI threats and mandatory risk assessment,
Module 3: Security-by-Design: Implementation of technical measures,
Module 4: Demonstrating trustworthiness: Monitoring, Red Teaming, and audit
