The industrial park in Nitra adds three new halls
ProLogis Slovak Republic Management, s.r.o., Senec plans to build a logistics park ProLogis Park Nitra.
Logistický park bude určený pre príjem, skladovanie a redistribúciu dielov pre výrobu vo výrobnom areáli Jaguar Land Rover. V parku môže vzniknúť až 3810 nových pracovných miest za predpokladu maximálnej obsadenosti logistických hál.
Celkové investičné náklady na výstavbu činia 30 miliónov eur. S výstavbou by sa malo začať v treťom kvartáli tohto roku a ukončenie výstavby je naplánované v roku 2020.
