Belt conveyors, screw sprue separators, safety fences and cages, flat-belt and chain conveyors, roller conveyors, cooling conveyors, lifting and turning devices, inspection systems, storage units and other peripheral equipment, automated equipment and lines, modular conveyors, positioning work platforms.
1. Transport of products, packaging, finished goods, waste, etc.
This category includes all types of belt, roller, modular, flat-belt and chain conveyors. These systems are used for transporting moulded parts, packaging materials, sprues, cartons and waste. All conveyors are manufactured according to the specific requirements of the customer.
2. Sprue separation
Our screw sprue separators are highly efficient and offer a wide range of adjustment options. They are suitable for various applications and layout arrangements. Interchangeable screw drums are available, and the design can be adapted to customer requirements.
3. Safety fencing and cages
Safety fences and cages are often used in applications involving manipulators, robots or positioning equipment. They are manufactured according to the spatial layout and can include different types of windows and doors, such as hinged or sliding versions.
4. Product cooling and drying
To increase production efficiency and quality, these systems are sometimes used for cooling products by air, water bath, or for cooling bulky sprues and waste before shredding, which helps prevent grinder blades from clogging.
5. Inspection, sorting and positioning
Various methods and systems can be used for quality inspection of finished products and semi-finished products, as well as for checking quantity, weight and dimensions. A suitable inspection method and system can fully replace operators and thus significantly reduce costs. Sorting systems are also a common part of inspection and can operate independently. The most commonly used methods include precise weighing (including dynamic weighing), various sensors (for shape inspection or the presence of additional components), and vision systems. If required, precise positioning devices can also be supplied, either as integrated or standalone solutions.
6. Product and container storage systems
Depending on production and storage requirements, we can supply parallel, multi-level, carousel, chain and other types of storage systems operating in semi-automatic or fully automatic mode.
7. Automated lines
We supply complete production, assembly, storage, conveying and sorting lines, including design and control systems.
8. Metal detectors
In the plastics industry, metal detectors are used mainly upstream of plastic waste grinders. Our company provides metal detection systems based on sensors as a more cost-effective solution, as well as tunnel detectors as a higher-end option.
9. Positioning work platforms
Positioning work platforms are designed to adjust the working height at machines where the working level cannot be changed. They are especially suitable for standing work. Thanks to their simple manual operation, they are safe to use and do not require special supervision or inspections.
10. Special equipment
Our company also designs and manufactures other mechanized and automated equipment, such as precision product positioning, automatic loading, precise dosing and filling of crates and cartons, automatic weighing, product marking, label printing, etc.
